"They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"It went very well, exactly as advertised. The fungus which was the source of the discoloration on the roof was treated with appropriate chemicals and then pressure cleaned.  The results were stunning.  The roof looked as good as new!  The driveway only required pressure cleaning and again the results exceeded my expectations.  Upon completion of the project Suncoast Hydro Cleaning thoroughly cleaned the worksite and then a couple of days after the service the company owner, Mark, came by to ensure I was satisfied with their work.  Great performance and customer service! <br />"

"I waited a couple months and a couple good storms to write this review, the roof not only looks great and cosmetically perfect,, but also passed the test of the last couple good hard rains we had a little while ago here in Tampa Bay, Juan, (the owner), and his staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, they have done the roof in a good number of houses in the subdivision we live in, they take care of everything from start to finish including the permits, good competitive prices, and way cheaper than big retailer stores with the same products they offer, no left over roof nails scattered on the driveway, ( a huge issue with other companies), they even go to the adjacent neighbor yards to pick up the ocasional debris after the job is done. "Roof and Fascia Repair Highly Recommend Roof Tech. Just had a fascia Board replaced and roof repair that caused the problem. Work was done by Roof Tech. Highly recommend them. Very neat, fast work. Good price and thorough. Darrell gave us a complete explanation of the needed work and followed thru. His guys who came were done in 2.5 hours and did everything they said. I mentioned another small item when they were here, not part of quote, and they handled that as well-no extra charge. I hope to not need a new roof for many years, but will call them first when I do."
