"The company was very helpful in explaining the various options in setting up the perimeter of the yard and provided quote on initial visit.  Showed us example of the equipment used and how it worked at the initial consultation.  No high pressure sales.  They helped with training of the dog at the day of the installation.  They were very professional even when confronted by overly intrusive neighbors. <br /> The area of installation was as if nothing was installed.  They cleaned up the area and installation area was very well taken care of by the installers. <br /> The gentlemen that installed the system were very helpful in making sure that we understood everything that we needed to do both with the system and in training our dog for the system.  I would highly recommend this company to install the underground pet fence as the cost was very reasonable for the product received as well as how they treated us and our dog. <br />"

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

"they came and walked the yard with me and measured. then I was given a written quote and decided that even though they were slightly more money than the other companies I had spoken with to go with them, they were the only company willing to put the gates in the way I wanted them done. They came on a Thursday and set all the posts and explained because the ground was so wet that they would not complete the fence until Monday so the concrete had time to set. They even put a temp fence up for my dogs. I left for work on Monday morning and came back to the fence completed and the area cleaned. <br />"

"Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. "Most professional team of contractors I've seen in years. It?s important to note that most of this work was covered by our insurance, due to a major hail storm that hit our neighborhood, this year.  An important key factor was the fact that our contractor made certain he was available to meet with the insurance adjuster, during the inspection, and got up on the roof -- with our insurance adjuster ? to oversee the inspection. By doing so, he was able dispute any damaged item that might have been <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> missed by the adjuster.  This is a principal factor in any insurance inspection process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Our professional, licensed and bonded contractor was able to point out several areas of damage that the adjuster had missed.  With VIP Home Solutions, we were confident that we didn?t need to be present at the time of inspection. And the resulting payment, from the insurance company, allowed for completion of the various jobs (listed below). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> After tearing off existing shingles down to wood decking, their work covered all aspects of roofing, including installation of Lifetime Warranty Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Dimensional Shingles (3M algae resistant / 130 MPH Wind Warranty); hip & ridge shingles, felt paper, Ice & Water shield (around perimeter of chimney, skylights and perimeter of home), pipe boot flashing, 11 new metal roof vents; all new metal step and counter flashing around chimney; and surrounding gutter apron. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In addition, VIP Home Solutions installed two Power Attic Vents, with electrical hook up (owner supplied the new power vents). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A couple of weeks later, when the weather settled down, a new team returned to pre-power wash, caulk and generally prep the entire exterior of our home for painting and gutter work.  They carefully painted home?s exterior (excluding brick veneer); plus soffits and fascia; front porch; garage doors; and window & door casings.  Prior to painting, they removed existing gutters and 9 downspouts and, following painting, installed new 6" seamless gutters with 10 downspouts. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> An important step, often overlooked by roofing contractors, was the thorough use of a magnetic nail/staple mower, on our surrounding yard, driveway, and walkways ? so that our cars and lawnmower wouldn?t pick them up in the tires. Furthermore, all trash/debris was removed from the site. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Our house is now tighter and prettier than it's been, in fifteen or more years! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Additionally, VIP Home Solutions sent over another team -- a couple of weeks later -- to rip out and replace our pool filter/equipment fence that had been damaged from wind-sheer, during a storm, last year. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In all, the roofing took about a day and a half; the exterior prepping, painting and gutter work took about 3 days; and the new fence was up in a couple of days (after waiting for the post's concrete to dry, before actual installation of the fence). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The roof is covered by two warranties:  1)  A five-year contractor labor warranty and 2) A life-time shingle replacement warranty, by the manufacturer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> VIP Home Solutions had done excellent work for us, before.  So, we decided to call them again, for the above installations and painting.  We will use them, again, in the future.  Naturally, we highly recommend their general contracting/remodeling services to all. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Respectable Restoration did an excellent job, and I plan to hire them when I need work done in the future. Eric was helpful, patiently and straightforwardly explaining his plan for completing the work. He took numerous pictures of my roof, so I could see the problems for myself without climbing a ladder.  His quote was not the cheapest, but he did knock $300 off his original bid reducing the difference between his quote and the next cheapest by more than half. <br /> He started the work promptly, a little more than a week from when I gave him the go-ahead. His workers were courteous and efficient. One thing I particularly appreciated was the extensive work he did restoring my lawn. His quote did NOT specify lawn repair after the damage from trenching, but he did it anyway. I've had plumbers dig up my lawn and leave a horrible mess for me to clean up, so I was particularly appreciative of all his work regrading and reseeding. Similarly, they did far more work on the roof than was quoted but didn't charge me anything extra. They also connected one downspout to the drainage system and ran leafguard on a section of gutter that was not included in the original quote, also at no extra charge. In fact, I was so pleased with all the extra work Eric did that I paid him $3400 on a $3300 contract, even though he didn't request any extra money. Respectable Restoration is an outstanding company--I can't recommend them highly enough. <br />"
