We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "Very professional and very quick. I recently bought a house knowing that something was wrong with the roof but during COVID and housing pressure I went for it. I had JC roofing come and look at the roof and they found a hole where I could see a leek had been in the house and gave the option to fix or replace the entire roof. I went with an entire roof replacement because the house was 20yrs old. JC Gave me all the Info I needed to Insure my roof through the materials manufacturer and came out to my house multiple times to ensure the color and material was what I desired. Very good company. They also did the roof on schedule with no price changes and cleaned up after themselves. He even let me throw away some old furniture in the dumpster he rented for the roof material. All in all I was very pleased. And In twenty years I will come back to have do again"

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.
