Dan Martin and crew tailored this kitchen exactly to what I wanted. In fact, there were more than just one or two suggestions Dan made about the design, for which I am most grateful. Two of these were eliminating non-load bearing walls, which opened a tiny galley kitchen up to include a island/breakfast bar. At my most recent family gathering, it was a breeze to feed 22 people. "When providing a quote for a moisture issue in the basement of my split-level home, Rob took the time to listen to me explain the issues, answered all of my many questions, and thoroughly explained what he thought needed to be done. We discussed both a costly option (digging up part of the yard and installing drains and waterpoofing on the exterior) as well as a cheaper one (waterproofing paint on the interior). Even though the exterior fix was the best option for ensuring the issue would be remedied, he thought that the interior fix would be sufficient and provided me with information so that I could pick what I thought was best rather than pressuring me into picking the pricier option. He also noticed that my crawl space was lacking a vapor barrier and provided a quote for that as well. I am very pleased with the finished product. Despite some recent heavy rains, I have yet to see any further moisture problems from the basement. And even though I hadn't originally planned to pay for a vapor barrier installation, the price was good enough that I decided to opt for it and I'm glad I did. Even though it would have been cheaper to do the work myself, I am very pleased with the quality I received."

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"
