After hiring him, I think that the primary reason for any delay in getting back to you is simply that he is in high demand because he is good at what he does. Nevertheless, once you meet up with him and you agree on the job, he makes every effort to set a date in advance when he will come. He calls the day before to tell you if he has to change dates or what time he will be there. Once he is there, I found him to be pretty punctual. Regardless, his expertise is worth the wait.
