We walked through the yard and I pointed out a number of dead and dying tree for removal and explained how I needed the tree limbs hanging over the driveway trimmed up. I also pointed out several large bushes which needed trimming and shaping. She provided me with an estimate and gave me a $200 discount. On the day of the work the crew showed up on time. My 12 year old queen palms are too big for me to trim any longer so I contacted Ivan 3 mos ago and he came out and did a complete makeover on my palms and bushes and we set up for a quarterly trim/cut!  He spent the entire day the first time really taking his time to make all my palms look amazing.  They aren't just trees in my yard, they are part of a beautiful background for my pool/backyard oasis.  He was on time and very professional.  He gave me a quote in writing and stuck to it.  The only thing that would make me happier is if they would hire someone who can climb the palms so I don't have to use someone else eventually.  :o(
