We had a very unique design and style concept for our home and Sussex was the only builder in the area who was comfortable taking on something outside of the traditional Montana style custom home. Sussex provided a very detailed quote and detailed project plan which made it easy to understand and to monitor. We were not quite in by the original target date, but Sussex went above and beyond down the stretch to get the home done by our adjusted move in date. "It has been almost a year now and the roof has held up great with no issues or problems. The owner’s at America’s Choice were very fair in negotiating a discounted price on the roof because of the mistake in shingle color. I am pretty excessive compulsive when it comes to quality when paying for services and was probably a challenge for them. I must say in looking back that they were professional in handling the issues fairly and I genuinely liked them. I originally rated this job a C but would now rate it a B to B+"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
