"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"There aren’t enough words to express how happy we are with Cade and Modern Edge Construction! Cade helped us finish our basement and lay down new flooring on the main level. He was at our house within 24hrs to give us an estimate and started working on the house the very next day! Cade always communicated the plan, was extremely fair with pricing, and took a lot of pride in his work! We have a couple more projects and can’t wait to work with him again! Highly recommend! 😃"

"Great job and very innovative. Cade came up with solutions for other projects that have issues. I will be calling him again for other projects. He is well versed and able to do many jobs."
