Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

My prior tree removal service had lied to me and had not properly ground down a large tree stump that was within the space. When this was discovered it delayed the asphalt project by a half day. They never complained or made it a bad experience even though they lost money on the project due to the delay. That is professionalism. I would highly recommend them again. Competitive, competent and professional. What else could you ask for from a contractor."
