"Preferred Roofing did a wonderful job for us. The owner, Fred Landmesser, provided a detailed contract outlining every aspect of the work. He uses quality Owens Corning architectural shingles and other materials are upgrades as well. There are no short cuts. The roofers replaced certain sections of wood that were improperly nailed by the prior company. Our roof is solid and aesthetically pleasing - a real improvement to the overall curb appeal of the house. Besides the quality work Fred’s company provides, expect some excellent customer service. Fred called us multiple times - to update on orders, schedules, arrival times, etc. He picks up the phone or shortly calls back. That’s comforting when you have engaged a company for a big ticket project. He made good on every single thing we discussed. The clean up was amazing with landscaping and lawn protected by tarps.
