"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Got quote from owner, but the crew sent had very limited communication skills and owner was not present. The vapor barrier was installed lacking sealing along the wall edges, so it is not effective enough in controlling humidity. Owner did come to take a look and did fix some parts of the vapor barrier that were taped using low quality tape and had come apart. It was obvious that this work was not the primary expertise of this business that is focused on basement water penetration. Not happy for the money spent."

"Great experience! Love the finished product! We were connected with Harris & Co through the folks we were hiring to pave our driveway. Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend."

"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."

"It was a flat roof on two very old cottages, so this job required more expertise. I even waited through a couple storms, but their work held up. They were very punctual. They followed up with emails. When I had a leak; I wasn't sure what it was from, but it was from storm damage. They came out promptly and fixed the damage. They cleaned up all their mess. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very communicative, especially concerning the high-quality mason who fixed the chimneys."
