"It went great. Chris built our custom home exactly to our specifications. We lived out of state for the entire build. Chris maintained open lines of communication with us so that we always knew what was going on. His work is impeccable. His attention to detail resulted in our dream home being exactly what we expected when we hired him. His group of subcontractors were great throughout the entire process. I have not spoken to anyone in the area that has anything but praise for Chris and his work ethic. "The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."

"Nice family business. Had some trouble with some employees getting started but Costas and his dad always took over and made sure everything was great. They did most of the work themselves which was important to me that someone was always on site. My schedule is crazy. Iâ m often not home and I trusted them to be here and get the job done without my oversight. We ran into some challenges, even added a few more jobs to the project. He took in stride, eager for the work and honest and upfront about what he could do what needed to be done? I enjoyed working with him, so Iâ m giving him another project"

"The guys were a great team. They showed up on time, communicated well with each other, and cleaned up any mess they made. There was quite a gap of time between when they finished the porch and came back to finish the ceiling (a small part was due to electrical work) because they overbooked themselves, but they kept in contact with me about it and successfully completed the job. Only complaint at this point is I contacted them after the job was done about something I had that went missing, and they never returned my messages. Will be placing a phone call to try and remedy the situation."
