"Though not sure it could be fixed, the owner was willing to try, and sure enough he called us the next day with the good news that he found the problem and would order the part. Less than a week later, we have our lamp in excellent working order, and could not be happier with the professionalism and courtesy shown by this business man. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business!"

"He does lawn and snow removal.  He does it by contract and it was $250 for the season.  He is friendly, quick, and has his own equipment.  His price is about average with what everyone else charges in this area.  I give him high ratings and will continue to use him in the future. "

  • Don Cooper was great to work with. He took the time to design leaded glass panels to our specifications, had us pick the various colors of stained glass to use inthe design, and then cut the glass and soldered the panels, had an artist paint intricated detail required for part of the design, and then installed the panels in our windows. This is a very labor intensive process requiring special skill and experience. My wife and I loved the end result and will admire it for many years to come. We would highly recommend Leaded Glass Art.

"excellent. Colette was very careful not to chip the stamped driveway but still removed enough snow to make our driveway safe and clean. After ,many other unsatifactory contractors who either completely destroyed lawn, garden, pavers, etc or simply did not show up, Colette was a lifesaver. There are very few snow plowers that will even attempt to remove snow from stamped driveways but she had a method she said she would use and did so very satisfactorily. she is courteous, prompt and efficient. I would give her the highest marks.

"The man who took our call on the day before the service was extremely thorough in explaining the types of glass we would be ableto choose from to replace the pane in our door. He gave a reasonable estimate which was adhered to. The tech showed up early thenext day but didn't call first as promised. That's ok. He was personable and professional. Had to return to the shop to cut our glassand returned promptly to set it. He cleaned up the work area well. It was a pleasure to work with Emergency Enclosures."

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Rochester, NY

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
