"Work was done fast and clean. They did reschedule the first appointment and I had to call within the new appointment window to see if they were still coming. They gave me a time, but were early which was a problem because I was out. Not a big crisis though. I was a bit frustrated at the low quote received over the phone for a “cleaning and inspection” which ended up costing me $250 more. Felt like bait and switch. Only caveat to that is my chimney hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years, so I expected to pay more than the quoted price anyway.
