"Walt, Max, and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. This was a HUGE project. We basically had no foundation on the back/ side of our house and the 2nd floor overhang was poorly supported. Prior to us purchasing the house the previous owner added a very large addition on top of a very old and poorly constructed “house” . The inspection at purchase did not uncover the issues that we found about two years after when all of the cosmetic touch ups wore off. Walt’s crew ( Supervised by Max) replaced the foundation wall , added piers under the house, replaced all of the floor joists along with new piers, beams, and headers on the 40ft span at the back of the house. This is just some of the larger items because I would be here forever if I listed everything they had to do. Walt kept us informed during the whole project. From start to finish we were on the same page. The house had so many hidden issues but the crew worked through all of it. The price was very reasonable and less then all of the other estimates from competitors. We didn’t have a bunch of surprise increases along the way. He didn’t try to scare us or sell us anything we didn’t need. They are honest and reliable. The results were amazing and so far beyond our expectations !!! They are all so talented. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of contractors!! They have been done for almost a week and we miss them being here already. I will recommend them to everyone."

"Very well. I had siding and gutters put on my house by A K Gatsios. The man and his workers were great. He came with a small army of guys who worked on the four sides of the house at the same time, skillfully cutting and placing the siding, three floors coming to a peak, in just two days. Being retired I would spend time outside with neighbors watching from time to time and all were impressed at their work. All the men were skilled and Mr. Gatsios was there the entire time watching and involved in the work himself, cutting pieces and otherwise helping out, eyeballing anything that might not be up to his standard. I asked Mr. Gatsios not to put siding on some of the trim on the front of the house because I didn't want to have to nail into it to put up holiday decorations and he made some suggestions that were helpful in that regard. I'm very happy with the appearance of my house."

"Spectrum has an incredible team. We hired them for two really tough epoxy flooring jobs. 1. The garage floor was badly damaged and full of divots. Spectrum repaired and sanded it before laying epoxy. It looks beautiful. 2. The laundry/utility room floor had asbestos tile. The crew removed a refrigerator, washer, and dryer to do the work and put them back in their correct places upon completion of the job. They even got the epoxy floor to completely surround the hvac system and water heater. This was a big, messy project and spectrum did such a great job keeping things clean and getting it done quickly. I wish we had done it sooner!"
