"I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. Additionally, the building has 2 wall hung boilers that have been successfully repaired and maintained over the years. The boiler on the ground floor sits on the floor in the laundry room. "Over the past 5 years, Joseph and Sons completed several projects for us. These projects include demolishing and replacing cement front steps, adding a portico over the front steps and adding a wet laid natural thermal bluestone front walk. Angelo also completed a gravity drainage system from the sump hole in the basement to the storm drain in the street. Our sump pump has not run since then (almost 5 years). Most recently Angelo has put in a storm water drainage system which connects into the town storm drain system to prevent large amounts of ice from forming on our driveway and street.
