"Where do I start. We had 4 businesses come and talk to us about the job and give prices. American Spirit was not the cheapest, but we felt confident talking with Edwin. It was difficult to confirm the appointment, and they showed up quite late the first day with no call but started the work which consisted of regrouting an upstairs bathroom and laying down new tile in the downstairs bathroom. After 3 long days I couldn't believe how he wanted to leave the job. As you will see from the pictures below the grout looks like different colors, the caulking doesn't even match and everything was left messy. He actually left a huge scratch and many chips on the wall tile (one of which he fixed by filling with a lighter color grout but the rest left untouched). After speaking with him he said he would come back and regrout around the tub so it wasn't so messy looking. Not willing to address the rest of the job. The first appointment was a "misunderstanding", and he was a no show. The second appointment was made and from that moment he ghosted me, not responding to a call or text. I sent him these pictures more than a week ago, and nothing. We are so disapppointed. I will have to have this repaired by someone else."

AVA flooring was professional and equipped with everything to get the job done in a timely manner. During installation the installer even gave me some ideas to make my floor look even better by mixing wood types to get an accent on the floor. "Marlene and her crew were very professional, neat, experienced and efficient, in all components of the project. The exterior cedar shakes needed an extensive amount of scraping and preparation before painting and this job was completed meticulously before the house was primed and painted. The deck was power washed and sealed in preparation for the winter and the stone wall was power washed as well. Each day, when working on the interior painting and wall paper removal, the work area was closed off so that dust would not spread throughout the house and was left neat and clean at the end of the day. The ceilings, walls and woodwork were painted and an old window was replaced as well. The entire house looked its best in preparation for putting it on the market. In addition, the price was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. I would recommend Go Green for anyone who is looking to complete a home improvement project or wants to get their home ready for the all important Open House."
