"The gave us a terrific job. All the pieces of the tree had to be removed through the house, because our residence is a row home. The crew protected everything in the house, removed the tree in 2-1/2 hours +/- ; and when the job was over there was no damage to our home, and the tree stump location, the yard, the path of removal through our house, the driveway in front of the house, and the street where their chipper and truck were located were all cleaner than when they started. "Julio responded promptly, coming out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. I am impressed by his professionalism and honesty. His price was very reasonable, and his willingness to do a relatively small job much appreciated. I would hire him again without question."

"Our Family initially reached out to JR Tree Services after the Nor'easter in March 2018. Right from the outset, the owner Jeff contacted us within 3 hours and left a message asking for us to contacted the office to set up an appointment to initial inspection and evaluation of area. As per Jeff's request, we contacted the Home Office sharing what had occurred, requested their services and an estimate for work to be performed. Michelle, the customer services specialist was extremely warm, attentive, sympathetic and professional. She completely understood the urgency of our situation, necessity to action quickly due to the most recent weather activity with the Tri-State area and stated would follow up with owner Jeff and to expect his call directly. As Michelle stated, Jeff contacted us within 15 minutes of the end of conversation. At the conclusion of our discussion, he stated an initial evaluation would be performed by him personally and estimate for required services provided at the earliest opportunity. True to his word, not only did he perform the initial evaluation within a most timely manner but the estimate provided which included stump removal from the property was most fair. Additionally, due to the importance and urgency to address, he adjusted his personal schedule to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to utilize JR Tree Services due to a miscommunication between providers and another vendor was selected. In closing, I highly recommend JR Tree Services to perform all your tree maintenance and removal services. I will personally utilize their services in the near future as necessary. "This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the
services this crew gave us and would recommend them to anyone.

"I met Rene for an estimate and went over what needed to be done(which included cutting two trees and clearing a lot of brush. Rene and his crew arrived promptly and were professional and worked quickly cutting the trees down and removing the brush."

I had sent a photo of leaves from the infected tree about 7:30 pm and got a call at 9:30 that night! Though Brennon was out of town, he offered to come by late the next day upon his return.
