This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. "During the removal of the old gutters and the replacement they found the water drains were backed-up. I called the plumber and he found we needed special treatment of the drains which could not be done for 2 days. JP was very accommodating. They left portions of the drainage pipes unattached to make the plumberâ s work easier to do. They also offered to come back after the plumbing work was completed to finish the job. Great team work and great job."

"Michael was extremely accomodating and thorough in explaining what was going to happen with the foam stucco we wanted on our house. the workers did a beautiful job. we also wanted new gutters and michael was able to get someone to do the job for us. however, we never received a paid invoice regarding the gutter job. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay. We would like a paid invoice for gutter job."

In the living room, they installed new wood floor and in the remaining rooms, new tiles were installed. Kitchen is the most important for me because that’s the only place where I spent most of my time and therefore this amazing company fulfilled all my desires. They installed new tiles, cabinets as well as new appliances and accessories. Concerning the bathroom, at first I wanted to do 4 ft tiles on the walls, but Misha one of the workers, recommended to do the tiles all over the walls to the ceiling and I liked this idea. In addition, he even recommended a great store where I could purchase a nice looking tiles for my bathroom. Bathroom appliances were installed as well.
