"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. "This company contacted me immediately and came over that day to give a quote. MD (the quoter) gave me a very fair price and detailed explaining all the work that was going to be done. My house is very old and the brick siding and windows were falling apart. They started work ASAP on the siding and windows. I immediately felt the difference in temperature in the house because less air/water was being let in through the windows and cracks.
