"Had a little problem connecting with Flo initially to get a quote. Once we finally met and he came out to give me an estimate, things went very well. <br /> He and his crew did a great job. Flo was meticulous about getting the details right. We had a slight misunderstanding on the contract phases (I thought final payment due when entire job completed, forms removed, etc, whereas he meant when the concrete was poured). I withheld $500 until final job completion and he didn't have, presumably, all to much heartburn with that. <br /> He returned on the promise date and completed the entire job per our written agreement. <br /> I would not hesitate to use their services again. Very professional and conscientious about the work. Great work ethic. <br />"

"Since it was already and quot;coldand quot; weather here in Auburn, they were booked up 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Upon inquiry, they replied that they would not schedule an emergency or expedited appointment, so we waited a few weeks for the date as specified. The technician arrived in costume (a top hat and cape), and went to work. He was cordial. He was neat and well-spoken. He worked from the fireplace end and worked from the roof to clean and inspect. He was done in about two hours. When he was done, the fireplace was clean, and everything was perfectly neat and returned to it's place. <br /> <br />I was provided a printed report of the inspection, and a quote for the damper repair. When I asked about the video of the inspection as previously described, the technician told me that the video was and quot;live onlyand quot;, and not recorded, but that a few screen-shots had been saved and that those could be emailed to me as well as the electronic report. <br /> <br />Although the quoted damper repair cost was high, I was willing to pay extra to have the damper problem solved and finished, and further asked when that could be accomplished. I was told that the office would call me back that afternoon. Since I did not receive a call as promised, I called the office and was told they would call me the next day. After another failed effort to get an answer, we gave up and rode out the holidays without resolution. <br /> <br />We never received the promised email or estimate of when they could effect the repair. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
