"Dan was very accommodating to my requests. Made beneficial suggestions that made the job better than expected. Delivered services as requested and on time. Neighbor is jealous because when they had theirs done recently, it was "pooling" after rainfall because grading was off. My driveway is curved and Dan and his team made the grade so rainfall flows away from house and toward street. (Which I did not have before.) A crack developed in the concrete shortly after concrete was laid and Dan not only answered my call, he is working on repair right now. Very responsible and responsive. "Vanessa and Joel were the most pleasant, professional, punctual people I have had the pleasure to work with. Their work is impeccable. Our garage floor is the talk of the neighborhood. Everyone is impressed on how clean and sleek a once dingy garage has been transformed to a home room addition that can be used to extend indoor parties outdoors. The floor color and accented wall color was a great match... AND it was done way below our budget AND in just two days. They started late afternoon on one day and completed the following morning for us to be able to move in. Sorry, but I cannot rave enough about how maticulos Joel is with his work. He and Vanessa should be proud of their accomplishments and if anyone is looking for such work, please do not hesitate to hire them.
