Then when itcslows down the lay off there good employees. Be careful who you hire. You might be getting a non educated servicemen instead of a trained union employee but pay full price. "We had them clean our pond this spring. One of their crew carelessly broke the stone ledge in the waterfall and it leaks continuously. We called them and explained the damage and the leak and this is what their "satisfaction guaranteed" means they will come out and take a look but we will be charged. YOU damaged the pond by someone carelessly stepping and busting a ledge in the waterfall and causing a leak and you want US to pay to fix it. We have contacted them numerous times with no outcome."
