"MN Plumbing was amazing!!!! We purchased appliances from a company who uses MN Plumbing for installations. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

"We were unaware of an extra-large build-up of lint in our dryer.  The lint eventually caught fire and we had a small fire inside our dryer.  Fortunately, the fire did not spread and nothing was damaged except for the dryer.  We called SOS to see if the dryer could be repaired -- we were thinking it would need to be replaced.  The technician came out, inspected the dryer and told us it could definitely be salvaged.  We were thrilled.  He worked on the dryer immediately, but had to schedule the vent cleaning a few days later.  However, we were not charged until the vent cleaning was completed.  SOS provided me with one of the best experiences I have had with a repair company.  I was thrilled with the end result!"

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.

I had a very unusual situation and after talking to quite a few others, had really given up hope that this could be resolved. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
