"I recently had a bathroom exhaust fan installed through Mr. Handyman, and as a returning customer, I expected the same level of service I?d received in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing The job was to install a new exhaust fan I had already purchased and run the ducting to the outside of the house so it would no longer vent into the attic. The electrician spent 2.5 hours installing the fan and told me the only remaining step was to purchase a dryer vent duct to connect the fan to the exhaust port he said he had already cut. "He replaced my bathroom floor. The work was tidy with minimal dust. He is knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions. While he cut in the sink drain nicely, I realized later that a leak in the sink would accumulate in the well formed there. He offered to return if I had issues and now I think it would have been appropriate."
