The electrician spent 2.5 hours installing the fan and told me the only remaining step was to purchase a dryer vent duct to connect the fan to the exhaust port he said he had already cut. After being charged approximately $600, I went into the attic to measure how much ducting I needed?only to discover that no exhaust port had been cut at all. When I contacted customer service, I was told it would cost an additional $250 to cut the hole, despite the electrician stating that this work had already been completed and included in the original charge.
