"Overall I am pleased with the work done by Power. The price was a little expensive, but less than other window replacement companies. Power stands by its product with a lifetime warranty, so if a screen of glass breaks, or window leaks, they will fix or replace, which is nice. The day after the installation it rained and water was seeping through the wood on the base of the new bay window, they came back a couple days later and opened everything back up to find the issue and resealed everything. "Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. I have used them twice now and in both cases they were very responsive to phone calls and was able to schedule both jobs very quickly. "After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable. At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening. Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship. During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work. The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant. If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work."
