"The owner arranges day and time one week in advance (day and time are not always the same) and is flexible if I have scheduling issues. Girls are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. They work together well and move through the cleaning efficiently. Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen is thorough. Communication is an issue as the girls do not all speak English, but the owner is good about conveying messages to them. The owner is also responsive to any questions or concerns that I have, and is prompt with her replies to me."

"The 1964 bulkhead I had out back was replaced a year ago, but the wood and insulation underneath (the ceiling of the walkway underground to my basement under the back living room) took in water damage and the area was very musty for years. Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation."
