"Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"

This was a complex landscape project as it had a steep uphill slope with a 6 foot retaining wall adjacent to the back of the pool. "We are glad we went with Geico Builders for a full master bath remodel. They were very easy to work with everything went as planned and we were very happy with the results. Diane was our main choice, she knew exactly how to invasion perfect layout of our bathroom remodel. They set up a group chat with everyone to coordinate and they communicated very well. Inspections were schedule very quickly, and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it. Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping to putt together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When on of the vendors got our order correctly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony was very well organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted."

I asked that he come to my home one more time to make sure we were clear on the work, and he said he'd let me know shortly when he could pass by. That was the last I ever heard from him. I take very seriously the importance of people, and potential vendors in particular, keeping their word. From what I've seen from other reviewers, this guy's inability to keep his word is a pattern that he has demonstrated time and again."

"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
