"Contacted Joe at a friend's house that he was doing concrete work for. I was looking for someone that did concrete stamping. My wife and I are building a house and had a front porch, 40'x8' and back porch, 52'x8' that we wanted a wood board stamp done to them. It was a short notice request as the concrete company was pouring the concrete in two days. Joe was able to work out all of the details with the concrete company and our building contractor to get the stamping job done without upsetting their schedule. Joe went above and beyond to get the needed dyes delivered and mixed onsite so the job could be done within the builder's schedule. We are so pleased with the porches and Joe. I recommend him without hesitation. He explains the process and it's interesting to watch as well. Thanks Joe!!"

Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

"Our basement has been leaking forever, probably since the house was originally built. Every time it would rain hard, water would seep in between the foundation walls and basement slab. After a hard rain, I would vacuum up 15-20 gallons of water with my wet/dry vacuum. We had a landscaping and irrigation company put in french drains to deflect rainwater, which didn't help at all. I called a few local companies but none *specialized* in basement waterproofing, so I called two larger regional companies to get quotes. We called AquaGuard and BDry, and got a quote from each. Both seemed professional, both had great financing options, but BDry came in significantly lower in price. Almost half the price of AquaGuard's proposal. We went with BDry. They completed the waterproofing in about 2 days, were very professional, and cleaned up pretty well when they left. It's been over six months since we had the basement waterproofed, and we haven't had a drop of water in the basement since. Now that we are confident the basement won't leak, we started finishing the basement. Plumbers cut the concrete to move drain lines for a toilet and shower, and accidentally cut into the BDry drain lines. BDry gave me an entire section of the corrugated drain and piece to connect it so my plumber could fix it, and they didn't charge me a dime. Their service is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone with basement waterproofing services."

Brandon, the job foreman, Blake and Junior were the core team, and they were joined by specialists over the 5 days of the project. Brandon and Blake did a great job of keeping me updated on progress and managing my wife's & my expectations. I worked at home each day, and they did not seem to mind me popping in unannounced to see what they were doing or to ask questions. Brandon & Blake were always respectful of my opinions and never argued. They would respond honestly to my questions, make recommendations, and always offered to have Jeff come back out and speak with me if needed (it was not needed). they never responded about anything I asked being in the scope of work of the project, which I appreciated. they cleaned up after themselves and I felt very comfortable with them having free access to our house. they only went to areas where they were working and rarely asked for anything. We got 4 different proposals and felt Jeff's was the most comprehensive and the best price. His company came recommended by the structural engineer we hired, and we were very pleased with the work and felt we got a fair price."
