"From start to finish this was a GREAT experience. As a woman, and since we were not having issues with our tank I was nervous about having someone come out. I called at least 7 other septic companies and even went to the environmental health department office for help. Skyline not only offered the most affordable price but had the best customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to reassure me and to answer all of my questions even when at first I was only looking for an inspection. I ended up calling back the following day to schedule our inspection and pumping and the same lady answered the phone. Again she was very nice and reassuring and even offered to help me get my letter the same day if possible. She said that the guys could come out within a couple of hours and that I did not even have to be home and was able to pay over the phone. By the time I got home there were 2 gentleman in my backyard already looking for our septic tank.
