"Hiring Vertex's Hardwood Floors to redo the horribly stained maple floors throughout our newly purchased home was absolutely the best decision we made! Cindy and Duoc were both terrific. We had hired, or tried to hire, several other contractors to work on our house, and each and every one disappointed us. One never returned our calls. Two were recommended by friends or relatives, but both were completely incompetent. We were about to give up completely when we found Vertex's. We solicited three bids on our job, which entailed completely refinishing the floors in our living room, dining room, and two bedrooms.
