"I really appreciated the services of the premier handyman. Charlie and Thomas were my handymen. They arrived every day around 8am and worked until 4pm. They installed a new fascia board and rehung gutter. Installed a solid wood set of 10 steps leading off the back deck, installed a new window (36” x 48”) in upstairs loft, extra spindles were placed between large gapes in already existing handrail, changes some bulbs in ceiling fan and replaced a sink faucet, added a pressure relief valve to water tank and nailed in cross bars in joists I’m crawl space. Job took 3 days and both men worked well doing quality work. I really appreciated their services, communication and professionalism. They were both kind and attentive to our needs. I would recommend them and will be using them for future work."

"Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. I would gladly hire them again. They did excellent work and gave me a warranty on top of it. To Russ and Carter and the rest of the team, thank you very much! They replaced a gate and fencing between the patio and carport area and created fencing behind the shed too. They were very good. They were punctual and very easy to work with. The price was high, but they did very good work. I would use them again in the future if necessary. <br />"
