The work was outstanding, the workers were awesome and cleaned up after themselves every night. The floors they installed are beautiful and I am very happy with the end result. Emir, the own, is very fair and wants to ensure his customers are treated right. Would highly recommend them."

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor! "

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"D&S Flooring was recommended by a friend - and I am so glad to have had them do the flooring in my basement. Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. "We just had AG Flooring replace carpet with wood flooring and then sand and refinish it to match the existing wood floor. They did a beautiful job and it was a good price. They were on time and professional and finished well ahead of schedule. I would recommend them as I will definitely work with AG Flooring again if the need arises. "The quality of the work was exceptional. Before we left for vacation, we packed up the contents of shelves and other furniture. Kustom Floors prepped a small area of one floor with three different stains so we could choose one ourselves. During the two weeks we were away, Kustom Floors moved out all the furniture, made several small repairs to the oak floors, and completely refinished the oak floors on the main level of our home (except for one very new floor in one room) and installed the new linoleum in the basement. After we returned, Kustom Floors re-finished the stairs to the basement and took care of some minor details. Kustom Floors delayed the work on the basement stairs to allow us the opportunity to select a stain and otherwise have input into that part of the project. Kustom Floors gave us the information we needed to select the protective coatings for the floors and we chose the higher priced commercial grade water-based product. We are highly satisfied with the results. We can feel the grain of the wood in the floor and nothing feels like it is coated in plastice. Furthermore, the floors can be buffed and re-coated in the future without having to be sanded again."

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again.
