I had another project needing spackling and he was able to schedule this project in before my painters. I work in customer relations and cannot recommend the importance of having someone available and willing to accommodate your schedule. "Do yourself a favor and just go with Anderson. You’ll pay more but you’ll save yourself the stress of dealing with Ecoview. Everything from the bay window roof leaking to the window installed too tightly and cracking, to the siding around the window has been a mess. Their lifetime warranty doesn’t mean much when getting them to fix something is an impossible hassle. I’ve literally had my backyard remodeled in the time it’s taken them replace a window. Waiting on a replacement window panel now for over 5 months. They outsource and hire shoddy contractors that half-a** the job. I could not recommend them any less. Probably one of my biggest regrets as a new homeowner was signing that contract. Once they have your money, good luck using that warranty. Going on 6 months waiting on “parts for my windows”."
