None the companies we contacted would even quote the small job. Mr. Gerardo came in person and reinforced the wall, reinstalled the door and even painted the wall where he had opened up the drywall to add studs. It is now stronger than it ever was and looks like it never happened. All this in one day. He did this himself while his crew was on another larger job. They were thorough and made sure to answer all my questions and accommodate my last minute changes. Example I forgot to move the sprinklers over. They said we normally don't but it's not a problem at all we can absolutely do that for you. Truely above and beyond customer service! They even let my kids (age 3 & 9) help smooth out the walkway and helped me make sure their handprints were perfect. It's always wonderful when someone takes the extra time to educate and allow kids to have a part in projects. Something that they will remember for a LIFETIME!
