This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! "They did a good job but they messed up my iron gate. When they poured the concrete they let the concrete set without keeping the base of the iron gate in line with the rest of the iron work. Now my gate is twisted and we'll out of plumb. I showed it to the company rep but he did not come back and fix it."

John and his crew came in short order again as he said he would to get the work done. I scrutinized the excavation of our old patio and walkway, the prep work where he had to remove dirt as well, he brought in concrete gravel, packed the gravel down very, very, very well with a powered machine, installed the forms and added the 18" mesh of rebar all about the site.
