"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"They were very efficient and got the job done in a timely matter and customer service was a great and all over great experience."

"I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning service! They did an amazing job from top to bottom. Everything was spotless, fresh, and organized, and the attention to detail really stood out. They were professional, dependable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right."

"The work was completed in the allotted amount of time. A great job done. The most impressive part of this experience: I have a situation that is very different from the normal request/requirement for home and/or office cleaning and have struggled to make the person helping with the cleaning understand my needs. This was a different experience: she immediately understood what I needed and how I needed it done. And she did exactly that. This is the most impressive housekeeping I have seen in a very long time."

"S & S Cleaning Services they are the best! It is the finest cleaning service I have ever received in my life. They are very kind and respectful, and my house has never been this clean. Thank you, Iris and Jose!"
