"Jason, Maria, Norvan, and Jason, Jr. are amazing. Our home had not been painted since we built it 18 years ago so it was overdue. They thoroughly cleaned, prepped, sanded, repaired/replaced rotten wood, painted...and cleaned up. As the crew left each evening, they stacked their ladders and gathered their equipment and materials so things weren't scattered around our property each day. They did the entire project exactly how they said they would and I didn't perceive them taking any shortcuts. Their 14-year old son worked with the experienced painters so this really is a "family affair." As an extra bonus, Maria came out at the end of the work to walk around and provide a "woman's eye," though there were almost no oversights that needed their attention. She even left a couple of decorative gifts for our home. A true class act. They provided excellent communication throughout, showed up when they said they would, did the project for what they estimated, and finished one day quicker than initially promised. We will use them again for the interior and enthusiastically recommend this young family-owned business."

"We got five bids, including Legacy, for painting the exterior of our house this past August. Our 21yo house is cedar shingle siding with a lot of detail trim painting involved, so we needed someone with attention to detail for this project. I was intrigued that Legacy Painting, in reading their reviews, had five stars on almost every review, if not all of them. I now know why, as I was impressed with this company from the first meeting with their sales team...on time, very professional and knowledgeable/realistic about the time line and painting techniques/products needed to do this job. Their painting team carried on the same great work ethic, and their communication with me throughout the whole process was impressive, no matter the day or the time, they responded to our questions/requests. The Legacy Painting crew blew us away with their attention to detail, starting with prepping the house, taping, sanding, etc. The crew was extremely professional on all levels, and very thorough in cleaning up each day. We also needed an oil finish applied to our wood pergola, and they found a great product for removing mildewed areas on the wood, so they did a great prep job before applying the oil finish. And we had some exterior trim that had wood rot; Mark, who is in charge of the painting, was able to find a guy up north to cut the specialized trim to match the original, and then the painting crew was able to perfectly repair this trimmed out area on the front of our house. Yes...they deserve five stars on many levels, and I'd give them ten, if I could. We plan on using them for some inside painting projects, too. Btw, their bid was in the middle of the four others, and it was where I thought it would be, considering the amount of detailed work it entailed. This company is the real deal for all of your painting needs!!!"

"The Lakewood crew rebuilt and painted the arbor, preserved the wisteria by raising it above the roof line during the construction (with ladders, lumber, and ropes), and repaired the soffit to prevent further water damage. The job was finished in a week, with four workers. They cleaned up the area every evening before departing and built a beautiful arbor that is far superior to the one that existed. These guys are wonderful! They have done another project for us previously, and we'd recommend them without hesitation."

"This company is AWESOME!! I had a builder basic frameless oval mirror in my guest bathroom that was installed by the builders with some sort of paste to the wall. I had been wanting to upgrade this mirror for the longest but could not get it off. A & H Painting removed this ugly mirror at my request, repaired the wall behind it, and applied fresh paint. The completed project is flawless and was THOROUGHLY done. The wall looks brand new as if nothing was ever there. A & H painting is super professional from the minute the job request was submitted till completion. "Work was completed and results were excellent. As with any major remodel, things seemed to take forever, but this is not a knock on Kevin and his crew. Everyone was courteous and helpful and made living in the home while a major project was going on as comfortable as possible. If you are going to have a major project done as large as we had ($55K +), you ARE going to have a mess and you ARE going to get frustrated, but this will happen no matter who your contractor is. I would highly recommend Nolen Contracting for their professionalism, good communication and overall excellent quality workmanship."
