"This company is freaking fantastic and if I could provide a better rating I would. I literally cold Rockland the morning of 11/1 and spoke to Jim who had informed me that Matt would be calling me. Within an hour Matt had returned my call to discuss the fence repair. Matt came out on Saturday to review the job and provided a quote the next day. Upon accepting the quote they came out and tore it down and dug the post holes on Monday and the fence was completed by Tuesday 11/5. The dialogue was always professional and constant. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
