"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

Their craftsmanship is unbelievable they really pay attention to the fine details and the tile work is incredible I had no idea about inserted shadow boxes in shower but they install 2 of them and their like the art work of the bathroom. "Upon arrival, Kevin made it very clear that he wanted to work with both my wife and I to get all of our ideas, and then design the best plan of action for the redoing the flooring in the main floor of our home.  He took his time to go through at least 4 or 5 different scenarios of how we might accomplish our goals.  He presented a number of different options solid hardwood, engineered hardwood and even some premium laminates.  The same detail and thoroughness was provided when looking at carpeting options.  
Overall both my wife and I were very impressed with Kevin's approach to the flooring sales process.  It was clear from the beginning that he wanted to find a way to make us happy within our budget.  And he even went as far as offering up lower cost alternatives just so we had the full picture of what we could accomplish with our budget.  Truly a refreshing experience from the sales perspective.
