Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. "Haley did a wonderful job replacing the Powder Room toilet wax ring, interior flush valve/assembly & then caulked at the floor. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."
