"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house. "I was the victim of a local criminal contractor, who installed a roof on my house that was garbage, that failed county inspection, that needed to be replaced. This criminal (ira Siegel @ Colorado Storm Solutions) refused to make it right. My only recourse was to take to social media to warn others about this lowlife. Brian Barnes of Colorado Native came across one of my postings and reached out to assist. Within days, Brian came to the house to inspect the roof. Brian then reached out to roofing shingle manufacturers to seek donated materials to lower the costs, as well as donating crew time to make this possible. I have never experienced such a reaction from a business previously, a local contractor with a true sense of community to right a wrong. I could not recommend any business, or service, more than I could recommend Colorado Native. And the previous contractor, well, he lost his licensing privileges in the Larimer County as a result. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. The summer after I had the roof replaced I noticed a few shingles missing, they were out within just a couple of days to fix the issue."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."
