"We had been having leaking in our ceiling near our chimney for almost a year, despite having had our roof and gutters and having our chimney flashing redone last year. After a number of frustrating follow-ups with our original roofer and chimney repair company, we called S&K, which came highly recommended on our community page. Sean came out within two weeks despite a very busy rainy season. He checked our roof and told us quite honestly that the problem was not the roof or even the flashing, which had been done well but the porousness of our older bricks. He applied some silicone sealant right then and told us to call him again if it didn't work after the heavy rains this weekend; he also mentioned we should just keep periodically reapplying this sealant ourselves. This leak has stressed us out for months and Sean was extremely honest and helpful. He didn't try to sell us any expensive repairs but was upfront about the problem. The level of professionalism, knowledge and service exhibited by Sean and everyone we spoke with is so rare nowadays; we can't recommend him or S&K highly enough."

"Scheduling was an issue due to rain so the work took place over a 3 week period.  Although the manager says they did apply sealant after the power-washing and replacement of some boards, the wood really doesn't appear to have been sealed. I do need to say that the individual who performed the power-washing was very professional and did an excellent job.  A different technician replaced the boards and supposedly applied the sealant."

"I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement.  The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price.  Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days.  He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used.  Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks.  Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable.  His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris.  I would definitely recommend this company.

"Jorge Lazo and his crew came in and painted 5 bedrooms, our master bathroom plus a large closet, ALL IN ONE DAY. They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. Jorge and his team did a great job in our home and I will definitely use them again when we paint the outside of our house. If you are looking for a painter who is reasonably priced, professional, punctual and very good at what he does, then I highly recommend Jorge Lazo.
