"Rick was very punctual. Very polite and explained everything very throughly. There were complications with repairing the door, because a totally new jam needed to be milled. Rick explained all of this after he had pulled the old frame out. The job cost more than we both had anticipated, but Rick was very generous with his time and materials. At all times Rick kept in contact with me to keep me posted ont the progress. <br /> The door is wonderful. Scott made a note that we had pets and to run the magnet an extra time, to make sure nails and staples were completely picked up.
