"This outfit is first class from start to finish! The company rep, Jon, came out and spent about 2 hours going over the product choices and installation. Gave me a quote (check around, you won't do better) and even arranged financing. The roofing materials were delivered promptly. The pros came out and installed the roof in one day. It looks great! They also thoroughly cleaned up the property. I am very impressed with the product and the installation. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone looking to replace or repair a roof. The bottom line is - they are a first class operation that rocks!"

"November 10, 2020 Abraham Lincoln reportedly said that if he had only one hour to chop down a tree, he’d probably take forty minutes to sharpen the ax, and twenty minutes to chop down the tree. Lincoln’s business model reminds me of the thorough planning and careful performance of Cenvar Roofing. The professionalism of their work was only exceeded by its skillful craftsmanship. The foreman/estimator first met at length with me to understand what outcome was expected. I assumed “install some new gutters and downspouts” was a good enough answer, but soon appreciated various options and choices: material, installation, warranty, scheduling, and financing were explained. Upon timely completion, the final project exceeded my expectations, in function and appearance; the total cost was less than my own estimate. In thirty thirty-years of home-ownership, as resident or landlord, I’ve never been more satisfied with the overall performance of any contractor. Gratefully, Gary Crawford"

"He took a look at the roof and was able to fix it today. Amazing!"

"Samuel & his team did 3 jobs for me: a shed roof replacement, deck board & cap rail replacement for a large deck, and rafter replacements for a pole barn. He was consistently on schedule, price was great for the work done, and the quality of the work done for all three jobs was excellent. He pays attention to detail in all aspects of his jobs. Communication was easy & clear. I will definitely hire him again for my next job."

"My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with NVB Contracting LLC. We've had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVB's professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition. We've never felt as though we were being prodded to "find" something wrong with our roof. Rather, their inspection was thorough and honest, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, efficient, and effective. I appreciate them taking the time to walk us through everything in the entire process, it has really been a pleasant experience. We would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or a roof replacement."

"Excellent work buy the entre crew. Spent 2 full days removing the old roof and installing the new one. I was home and didn't even see them take a break. This is the second time I have had the roof replaced on this home and I can see the difference in the quality of work. And the price is well below other estimates and less than the previous roof replacement done 15 years ago. I highly recomend them and would use them again. '"
