"Install crew was great. Owner Craig went through great lengths to make sure system size and model would be the best fit. After inspecting rooms that typically ran about 6 degrees warmer in summer or cooler in winter,installed another vent in one room,changed duct size and trunk line work for the other. Multiple times I was told that they wanted to make sure whole house was comfortable. Problem was resolved! Installed new carrier heat pump,fan coil/ac,humidifier and air cleaner box. This was 3rd quote and others similar in price but the customer experience and concern for addressing a long time room temperature balance issue was addressed and corrected. I would highly recommend this contractor"

"We needing to replace a broken furnace in our new home recently (11/22/2021). Our home warranty would not cover it because the owner Scott told them it didn't work at all (the heat exchange was cracked) and the unit still powered on and the blower worked. However because he told them that they would not cover it. This was the start of winter so I had no choice but to have the unit financed so they would replace it at my expense instead of going through the home warranty. I paid $4k for a unit that pushes about 1/2 the BTU of my old unit and from what I can tell sells for about $1,500. It isn't even rated for the area its covering. Then it took hit "technicians almost an entire day to install it and get the thermostat working. They eventually had to call what seemed to be a senior tech over to help them. Once it was done we realized a few weeks later that we were smelling stagnant air from the basement and I examined the area and found they had cut out and removed the return duct and never reinstalled it on the new unit. So it was pulling air from the basement and our return was CUT out with the support pieces still hanging and a big hole in the basement duct. I called to get the return put back in and was told Scott would need to take a look. He came out and weeks later had still not called me to setup getting the work done. I called back again and they got ahold of Scott and he quoted me like 1800 or something stupid. This install was not just improper but has been deemed unsafe by the county inspector. Thye have been notified to fix this immedietly to be code compliant and be able to use it again. As of about 2 weeks ago we still have not heard from them about when they will resolve this."

"I had a gas furnace, A/C and thermostat installed. I went through a long process deciding who to hire. After checking credentials, reviews, testimonials and interviewing four contractors, I chose Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam came out and explained everything from load calculations to the install process. The technicians were professional, courteous and polite. "It is my belief when you hire anyone into your home you are walking blindly that they are honest and have a true knowledge that work performed will fix the problem. Sals heating has been working on our boiler system since 10/20/25. From 10/20/2025 till 1/2026 Sals has charged us 6,102.00 On 2/10/2026 we were presented with two more estimates: 1) 3,627.00 for further repairs . 2) 18,180.00 total replacement of Boiler It is my fear that they feel an additional 3,627.00 will not fix the boiler in entirety so they included an estimate of full replacement of system. 2) Replacement of boiler system in its entirety: 18,180.00 We have moved on and will not be using Sals service for any additional repairs/work This matter will appear on your website reviews and am submitting to the BBB"
