Gregory said he will provide the quote via email in 2 days. After, they were calling constantly, did not leave a mesge. i picked up while driving and a female hung up on me. I picked up again and the female was pushy and requested more time to meet to provide the quote when I pick out the colors. She said the rep was a mistake and they do not provide quotes over email. This was my first encounter with them and it was difficulte, messy and unorganized. i would not give them a huge job such as painting my house."

"Would give zero stars if possible! Larry Hoang at first presented himself as an honest, reasonable man and contractor but his actions have proven this very wrong. We have two major roof leaks that will cost us thousands of dollars to fix - caused by deficient solar panel installation. He refuses to repair them, despite three independent reports from other local licensed contractors indicating the roof damage was *directly* caused by the solar panel installation. We am currently filing a formal complaint with the California State Contractors Licensing Board in an effort to get him to respond, as we cannot even get our roof fixed until he agrees to remove the panels. We hired him specifically because we wanted to support local businesses - but we sincerely regret this decision. Buyer BEWARE! This is not an honorable businessman - nor business!"

"Making a decision on a contractor for a solar power installation is not an easy or comfortable decision given the investment involved and the relative unfamiliarity of the technology for most people. Communications with Kieran, Adam and Mary were very friendly and efficient. They were always fast in responding to questions. Installation was done very effectively and faster than anticipated. My original target installation date was given as July 18th but it was completed on June 28th. For the service, product and cost that they offer, I would not hesitate to recommend American Array Solar and Roofing."
