"I had Sammon install a 650 sq. foot stamped concrete patio. The owners were open to my request to keep an octagonal shape for the patio because of sentimental reasons. Work was done on time and there was ALWAYS open communication about possible delays and what to expect when the concrete was poured (color and sealing.) The job site was left clean. The finish didn’t look good from the start and the top started peeling right after completion they came back and retouched it last year but it’s peeling again. I didn’t expect to spend $10,000 and not be satisfied with the work done. I asked for touch up paint this year but haven’t heard back."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
