He was very knowledgeable about our situation and warned us that our buyer may not be able to get insurance with just a repair. Sure enough, we checked with our buyer and they were having trouble getting insurance. Jason was great to work with. He worked directly with our insurance company. He was prompt in getting things moving, knowing that we were on a timeline to sell/close on the house. He kept communicating with us throughout the process. I always knew what was happening. "Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

He met with them and we were able to change the insurance company's mind that the roof needed to be replaced. I would definitely use them again."

Charlie and his crew were excellent throughout the entire process from beginning with cost estimates, explanation of the work involved, shingle selection and then carrying on through the installation of the roof and cleanup. Crew arrived promptly every day and at the end of each day removed all the debris. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Absolutely first rate 5 star service. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking quality roofing."

"3/17/2020-After roof was completed, porch lights were tripping the electrical breaker. Asked Adam Pollock (sales rep) to identify/correct problem caused by roofers. Adam asked my hired contractor, Addam White of Common Sense Construction to troubleshoot the problem before replacing the wood porch ceiling. Common Sense Construction was not licensed to repair electricity and was unable to identify or correct the problem. 4/22/2020-Phone calls and text messages to Adam Pollock did not resolve the issue. Adam Pollock said he was having issues with a "pinched nerve". 4/27/2020-Having waited over a month, I hired a licensed/bonded electrical company to fix the problem for $125/hour. Adam Pollock also found minor issues on another portion of the roof (documented on a youtube video) and said he would take care of them because correction would only take 15 minutes. Adam Pollock said he was waiting for an MRI. POINTS BEING: 1) DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU DON'T DELIVER. 2) IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE WORK, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF WHO CAN. 3) CUSTOMERS HIRE COMPANIES TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS (roof leak), NOT TO HEAR YOURS (medical issues). 4) CUSTOMERS PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND DON'T EXPECT YOU TO CAUSE THE NEXT ONE (electrical)."
