"Victor was a true professional. he takes a lot of pride regarding the final product and walked me through his process and how he planmed.to clean the entire vent network.. in addition to driving an hour to perform the service, Victor showed up promptly at 9 am and spent several hours cleaning the system with high end specialized equipment. he was very personable and a pleasure to have preforming the service. Victor and his team were very clean and placed tarps throughout the house leaving the house just as he found it. Faucet installation 2/8/16. Invoice not submitted yet for new toilet installation Have used LDR several times and would not hesitate to use again. Easy email scheduling and communication with Terri in office. They make every attempt to be accommodating - for the 8/13 toilet install, Jeff and his son came in the evening after a full day's work on another job. I had a family party scheduled for the following day and would have had to tell an elderly relative that the only bathroom available was on the 2nd floor - she would be unable to manage the stairs and would not have come. "Pipes froze after the burner went out in our weekend home during a week with subfreezing temperatures. We called Curt and he arrived with his men and took control of the situation, thawing out the house with pans in place to catch the water and minimize further damage. Then it came to finding and fixing all the holes in the frozen pipes, including the ones inside the wall. At this point, he checked to make sure the level of insulation in those hard to reach places was at the level it needed to be, so that to reduce the chance of this happening again in the future. Finally, the walls had to be repaired and repainted, which made everything look better than ever. At the end of the job, he sent a house cleaner in to mop and dust, and it was like they were never there. <br /> In a situation like this, Curt's calm and courteous manner was greatly appreciated, but, as important, he was prompt, reliable and does high-quality work. During the time he was working at the house, he sent pictures to us so that we could see how the work progressing and also have them as documentation for the insurance company. He was also willing to meet with the insurance adjuster and be there when the oil company came to fix the burner. We have nothing but good things to say about Curt and the work he does, and we plan to be working with him again soon."

Part of my trust factor was a site visit to verify conditions and discuss options before the quote. Maybe my bar was set high, but Lance Dorfi proved that he could meet all criteria. First, there was a quick call back from Chris, and a follow-up from Lance to schedule the site visit. Lance proved his knowledge and explained the process and quote clearly. He's a great communicator. He said what he would do, when he would do it, and then did what he said. What else can you ask for? Despite some initial difficulties (rock under parts of slab), Lance did a great job with the installation. It was clean, installed with care to be out of the way as much as possible, and he even installed an exterior pipe that matched our gutter down spouts. Overall, I'm quite pleased. Lance Dorfi is someone you can trust and I highly recommend his company."
